Rūta is a Head of Division for E-money and Payment institution supervision at Bank of Lithuania, responsible for supervising over 100 E-money and Payment institutions. She has professional legal qualifications as an attorney-at law and for the past 10 years has been working both in private sector and financial sector’s supervision in the AML, payments, open-banking, lending, crowdfunding, investment services and transposition of EU Directives such as PAD, PSD2 and AMLD4.  Previously, she took part in developing the regulatory framework for the fintech industry in Lithuania as a member of inter-institutional working group for the Action Plan on FinTech industry. She also managed the ‘newcomer programme’ for consultations with potential and already licensed entities and led the Regulatory Sandbox in the Bank of Lithuania allowing entities to test financial innovations in a live environment under the guidance and supervision of the Bank of Lithuania.

Maja Gostovic is a Leader of the team responsible for 3^rd party integration and a Product Owner at George Labs – the innovation hub of Erste Group. After a 12 years career where she held various management and steering positions at Erste Group’s local subsidiary and Holding, within the fields of operations, product and process management, in beginning of 2019 she became responsible for third party providers integration into George platform. Her main goal is to ensure smooth and efficient integration of 3^rd party developed services and features in order to enable clients to understand, manage and improve their financial life in one place – George. Maja’s recent achievements are in the field of KYC digitization and remote legitimation, as well integration of loyalty programs provided by 3rd parties (cashbacks, vouchers with boost, etc), where she recognized her passion for developing a collaboration and partnership between banks and fintechs.

Malin Lignell has more than 20 years of experience working with advisory services towards both individual customers and corporates within Handelsbanken. She has been in leadership roles at several Handelsbanken branches for more than ten of those years. In September 2019 she joined the team for Digitalisation and Innovation where Malin now works at both strategic and operational level combining communication within the organisation at large as well as externally and project management to drive, inspire and challenge the organisation to become more innovative and focus on the opportunities that come with the bank’s digitalisation journey. Focus areas are understanding changes in customer behaviour and business models following trends in e g emerging technologies.
