On the day
You are kindly requested to arrive at least 1 hour before the start of your session in which you are presenting in order to be seated and any technical requirements/questions accommodated. However, we would love you to attend all day if you have time!
Upon arrival, please visit the registration desk to pick up your badge and you will be directed to the stage that you are speaking on and your speaker liaison manager, where you can catch up on work and enjoy light refreshments.
If you would like to run through your visuals on the day, we will try to accommodate you, however it is essential that this is communicated before the event.
Lunch and refreshments will be served throughout the day.
Presentations
If you are submitting a PowerPoint presentation for your session, please send us your first draft by Thursday February 19. This enables us to offer insight commentary and feedback – we are keen to work with you to ensure your presentation is the best in the room. You should submit your final version by Thursday February 26. If you are unsure whether you are supplying a PowerPoint presentation, please get in touch.
For your presentation, please ensure you select the 16:9 (widescreen) option. Please ensure that the background colour of your slides is light in colour to ensure all text is visible. If your presentation includes any video, this should be provided in a separate file, with an indication of where it fits within the presentation.

Tickets
Speakers are entitled to one complimentary ticket for a colleague.
You can book via this link. Please ensure your guest is registered by Thursday February 19 to guarantee availability.

If you are a speaker working at one of our Partner organisations, please refer to your partnership agreement regarding the number of complimentary passes your company has been allocated.
Promoting your session
Banner for social
We would love you to promote your session on social using our Gleanin marketing tool. Every speaker has a dedicated URL to follow, which automatically populates your headshot and session (together with other panellists if you’re on a panel debate) with some copy to post alongside it (that you can edit).

Press
We will distribute a list of press attending ahead of the event. All panel debates will be on the record. If you require your session to be under Chatham House rules and closed to the press, please get in touch in advance.
