All registrations are made subject to the terms and conditions of Borough Bench Media Ltd as set out below: 

Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking by credit or debit card.

Registration Fee

The registration fee covers attendance – whether in person or virtually - of all content and networking sessions, and access to the conference presentations post-event (subject to speaker agreement). For virtual events it also includes 121 video calls with fellow delegates or exhibitors, live Q&A with speakers, and access to the networking lounges. For face to face events it includes lunch and refreshments.

Event Accommodation

Overnight accommodation for physical events is not included in the registration fee.

Travel

Travel for physical events is not included in the conference fee. It is the responsibility of the attendee to make their way to the conference venue in adequate time. Borough Bench Media is not liable for any delays or non-attendance resulting from delayed or suspended transportation. Directions to the conference venue can be found on the venue page of the website.

Registering with Confidence Guarantee

Open Banking Expo offers you peace of mind on your ticket purchase.

If you book your delegate place and you find yourself in the situation where you can’t attend due to a lockdown or having to self-isolate, we'll be happy to move your delegate place to next year's event, help you transfer your delegate place to a colleague or we will provide you with a credit note which can be used for any other upcoming Open Banking Expo events and is valid until 31st December 2022.

This guarantee is applicable to any new and existing delegate bookings for Open Banking Expo UK 2021.

Cancellations

Bookings are non-refundable. Please refer to our Book with Confidence section above.

Borough Bench Media is committed to ensuring that the submission of sensitive information, such as credit card details, is safe and secure. We employ reputable and reliable service providers to ensure such information is protected. All information we hold is kept secure with access limited to personnel charged with the processing of such data. All personal data is gathered and processed in line with Open Banking Expo’s privacy policy.

Law
