Having started his working life as a COBOL programmer on mainframe systems, Felim’s subsequent career focused on transformational change in Enterprise Organisations, moving the dial on digital banking and insurance. Recognising the role Starling Bank is playing as a thought-leader in Digital Banking, he joined as Chief Operating Officer at Starling Bank in September 2019, helping to lead their international expansion.
