Lee joined NatWest after 13 years at the Co-operative Bank where he held senior leadership roles within product and payments. Latterly owning the payment strategy together with responsibility for regulatory change including PSD2 and key scheme relationships.
Married with a daughter, Lee is a keen footballer and captains his local side. He is an ardent supporter of Liverpool FC and has followed them all over Europe.

Nilixa is an experienced regulatory expert and lawyer with a Masters in European Competition Law and over 20 years of banking and payments experience gained from her time at Barclays, the FCA, the European Banking Authority and as Head of Regulatory at the Open Banking Implementation Entity. Nilixa has worked extensively with the European Commission, the European Central Bank, the World Bank and regulators across the globe. Nilixa has represented the UK and FCA on various EU and UK level committees including the ECB SecurePay Forum, the EU API Evaluation Group and the UK Payment Strategy Forum and lead on the publication of the FCA Approach Document on Payment Services and EBA Consultations. Nilixa is a well know public speaker and works with industry, regulators and legislators to drive changes in the banking and payments ecosystem for a payments and open banking landscape that is secure, transparent and inclusive.

Head of UK PlaidKeith Grose is the International Lead for Plaid, the technology company powering the fintech ecosystem. Thousands of companies, like Emma, Venmo, and Coinbase, use Plaid’s suite of APIs to build applications that enable millions of consumers to lead healthier financial lives. Today, one in four people with a US bank account have used Plaid to connect to a fintech app. In his role, Keith leads the strategy and operations for Plaid’s international products.
Keith joined Plaid from Google, where he scaled hardware efforts with Pixel phones and Google Home speakers, and helped run business strategy for some of the company’s new technology bets, including Google Pay and virtual reality. Prior to Google, Keith began his career as a management consultant at Bain & Company.

She now works as an independent consultant, working with payments processors, acquirers, PISPs, FinTech’s, SaaS operators and service companies in the UK, US and Europe.
Helen specialises in helping businesses who have a niche or complex offering to cut through the crowded marketplace and communicate their story and values through strategic marketing, brand development, thought leadership and targeted campaigns. She also helps businesses during periods of evolution such as M&A, IPO, structural and cultural change activities.
Additionally, Helen writes for a handful of payments industry trade publications and acts a Goodwill Ambassador for the European Women in Payments Network, (EWPN) supporting the promotion of social diversity and social responsibility within the industry.
