Delegate Terms & Conditions

All registrations are made subject to the terms and conditions of Borough Bench Media Ltd – organiser of Open Banking Expo events – as set out below:

  1. Payment Terms
All paid passes must be paid for at the time of booking by Apple Pay, Google Pay, Pay by Bank or by credit or debit card. Attendance is only confirmed once payment is received.
  2. Registration Fee
The registration fee includes access to all conference content and networking sessions, access to presentations post-event (subject to speaker approval), and use of the event app. Lunch and refreshments are included for paid ticket holders only. A vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free meal option will be provided if requested at the time of registration.
Additional charges will apply for other special meal requirements (e.g. kosher or halal), and these must be pre-ordered and paid for in advance. Please contact us at hello@openbankingexpo.com to arrange.
  3. Event Accommodation
Overnight accommodation is not included in the registration fee.
  4. Travel
Travel is not included. Attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements. Borough Bench Media is not liable for delays or non-attendance due to transportation issues, including strikes or cancellations.
  5. Cancellations and Substitutions
All delegate bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your pass to a colleague by contacting us at hello@openbankingexpo.com.
  6. Complimentary Passes
Complimentary passes may be available for Open Banking Expo events. Complimentary access is offered in two ways:

    • Application-based complimentary passes
These passes are limited in number and subject to eligibility criteria outlined during registration. Applying for a complimentary pass does not constitute confirmation of attendance. Where approval is required, applications are reviewed within 72 hours and applicants will receive an email confirming whether their application has been accepted. The organiser’s decision is final.
    • Allocated complimentary passes (partners, sponsors, speakers and invited guests)
A limited number of complimentary passes may be issued via partner, sponsor, speaker or guest allocations. These passes do not require an application review, however they remain subject to eligibility criteria and may not be transferred or used for sponsor-eligible organisations where paid passes or partnership packages apply. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry, withdraw passes, or request that a paid pass is purchased where complimentary access has been used outside the intended allocation.
Complimentary passes are intended for attendees from financial institutions, credit unions, retailers, and other consumer-facing organisations that provide accounts or services to consumers (for example utility companies and mobile network operators). They are not intended for sponsor-eligible organisations, meaning organisations that sell products or services into the Open Banking and Open Finance ecosystem, including vendors, consultants, professional services firms, agencies, Open Banking platform providers, and other solution providers. These organisations may be required to purchase a paid delegate ticket or participate via an exhibitor or sponsorship package.
The organiser reserves the right to withdraw complimentary passes, refuse entry, or require a paid pass to be purchased where a complimentary pass has been used outside the intended purpose of the allocation.
  7. Data Privacy and Sponsor Interaction
Borough Bench Media will collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering for the event:

    • Your data will be shared with our official event platform provider (e.g. Swapcard) to enable networking, scheduling, and access to sessions. You may manage your profile visibility directly via the platform.

    • You will be given the option at registration to opt in or out of receiving further communications from sponsors and partners after the event.
