Chief Operating Officer MonzoBefore joining Monzo, Sujata was a Senior Vice President & GM for Global Merchant Services Europe at American Express, where she worked for 16 years. She held a variety of roles at the company including Global Head of Strategy and Payments, Head of International Marketing and Insights, and Vice President of Strategy & Business Development.
Before joining American Express, Sujata was a strategy consultant at Bain & Company in London and worked at Goldman Sachs and Ernst & Young. Sujata holds her MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant. Originally from Boston, Sujata lives in London. She is married with 2 daughters and is an avid Boston sports fan.
