Faith Reynolds

Faith Reynolds is an experienced non-executive director specialising in retail financial services and regulation, with a focus on good outcomes for consumers. She is a Board Member of NEST Corporation and adviser to ElectraLink and TISA. She is a mentor at the Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance. Previous roles include adviser to The Connection Project, Non-Executive Director at the Payment Systems Regulator, Fair4All Finance and the Current Account Switch Service, and independent consumer representative at the Open Banking Implementation Entity. Most recently, she brought together a coalition of civil society organisations to publish the Consumer Vision for Payments. She is a volunteer with Project Nemo and earlier this year published a report called Hidden Heroes, which explores the experiences of the 11m financial helpers in the UK.
