Nicolò Brignoli joined the European Commission in 2017, further to different experiences in the private sector (insurance, consulting) and public bodies. In the Retail Financial Services unit of DG FISMA, he is member of the PSD2 team and lead on the implementation of the revised Cross-border Payments Regulation.
