Rema is an accomplished advisory board member, transformational leader and public speaker within the Payments, e-Commerce and Financial Services industries globally. She has been based in Malaysia, Singapore, Chile and now The Netherlands specializing in go to market and business strategy, operationalisation of payments and electronic money institutions, financial crime advisory and M&A due diligence for large-scale organizations.

Rema currently oversees earner financial products of Uber’s Global Commerce operations in APAC & EMEA. Concurrently, she is the Co-Chair of Uber’s Works Council in The Netherlands, promoting and protecting the interests of employees locally.
