European white label payment gateway Cardstream Group has rolled out its new white label PayFac-as-a-Service to the global market.

Cardstream has described its new cloud-based solution as a “full-function platform designed to deliver acquirers with a comprehensive third-party payment facilitator programme, as well as a pathway for those looking to become a payment facilitator”, including independent sales organisations, PSPs and independent software vendors.

Adam Sharpe, chief executive officer and chairman of Cardstream Group, said: “Our complete PayFac-as-a-Service is the quickest and most versatile way for companies to enter the rapidly growing billion-dollar global marketplace.

“Any company keen to capitalise on the rapidly growing PayFac space should put us on its shortlist, be it an acquirer; a company applying for its own PayFac regulatory approval; or one opting to benefit by operating under our FCA-regulated OBN.”

Among the capabilities offered to the payment facilitator market are automated merchant workflow onboarding, rule-driven underwriting, regulatory compliant due diligence, and e-contracting, as well as multi-scheme and multi-acquirer; real-time fraud screening and monitoring; dispute and chargeback management.

Also available is reporting and management via a “brandable” portal or “embeddable” APIs.

Sharpe added: “Cardstream has built a portfolio of over 140 brand channel partners who utilise and distribute our technology as their own. Each partner has access to our ever-growing acquirer and alternative payment method integrations across the globe.

“With the release of our new PayFac-as-a-Service, the market now has a huge increase in service capability to offer to merchants. As we move through the rest of 2023, we expect to have a series of further announcements of many new, additional Cardstream Group services.”
