Lenders and corporates in the UK will be able to embed Satago’s invoice finance and cash flow solutions using mmob’s integration capabilities, as a result of a new partnership.

In a statement, Satago and mmob said the collaboration is designed to “take the pain out of digitisation”.

Satago’s cloud-native working capital and cash flow solutions are powered by real-time data and Open Banking technology, while mmob’s universal API adaptor enables service providers, whether in insurance, credit or payments, to integrate within multiple digital channels, such as ecommerce platforms and digital banks.

Through the new partnership, lenders and corporates will be able to integrate Satago’s ‘3-in-1 Working Capital’ solution for SMEs into their digital platforms through “a single snippet of code”, thereby reducing the initial integration time required to embed Satago to “mere hours”.

The embedded finance solution enables any invoice-issuing SME to access Satago’s ‘Flexible Invoice Financing’, ‘Risk Insights’ and ‘Credit Control’ offerings through the digital channels of lenders and corporates.

Sinead McHale, Satago’s chief executive officer, said: “This partnership allows us to drive the reach of our platform, allowing lenders and corporates to embed Satago’s transformative Working Capital solutions into their platforms in as little as two hours of integration time.

“This ultimately benefits end-users the most, enabling us to place the increased visibility, control, flexibility and intelligence that Satago provides into the hands of more global partners – and their thousands of small business customers – with ease.”

This month, a new study by Juniper Research forecast that embedded finance revenue will soar 148%, from $92 billion in 2024, to exceed $228 billion in four years’ time.

Irfan Khan, mmob’s founder and chief executive officer, called SMEs “a great example” of the end users that stand to benefit from embedded finance.

“Satago’s invoice financing and cash flow management solution is a vital tool, and we are delighted to be able to help them integrate into SME-facing platforms at speed,” Khan added.

“Mmob’s universal API adaptor removes the barriers of time and cost for companies who want to add a new solution for their customers, so now it’s easier than ever to work with Satago.”
