While a number of programmes and initiatives in the financial services sector have been slowly and painfully closing the gaping hole when it comes to gender diversity and opportunities offered to women, sadly, the shift in this imbalance has not been as fast as everyone hoped. That said, the rise of women in fintech has proved to bring big benefits for both companies that employ them and the customers in the form of better products and services they offer. She has spent over 16 years working in senior roles in the consumer finance and fintech sector, consistently delivering product led growth and successful data driven business models.
