Jane Michotte

Jane’s background is commercial partnerships focused on using customer data insights to inform business & marketing strategy and influence customer behaviour. She held commercial roles in dunnhumby working in the UK, France and South Korea proving the case for international expansion, lead the Commercial team at i2c (Nectar/ Sainsbury’s JV).

She built her Fintech experience at Cardlytics, commercialising the insights and cashback rewards for Santander and LBG. In 2020, she studied Business Sustainability Leadership with Cambridge University, and found the ideal opportunity to use all her previous experience in data driven Behaviour Change combined with Sustainability by working at CoGo.

She now leads the Customer Success function at Cogo across EMEA, working across a number of Cogo’s partners including Natwest, TSB, Santander and NewDay.
