Jerry is the Head of Product for M&S Connect. As part of Connect, he looks after digital product for loyalty (Sparks), banking, and customer account propositions.

Prior to joining M&S, he worked at Capco (a fintech consulting firm) where he played a part in product transformation, strategy, and delivery projects across various clients.
