Sho Sugihara is the CEO and Co-Founder of Fuse by Pave. Highly experienced in finance and risk, Sho is passionate about solving systemic inefficiencies that drive exclusion. Having started his career working at NGOs, Sho studied at the University of Cambridge and worked at McKinsey & Company as a consultant for three years before co-founding Pave in 2017, and Fuse by Pave in 2022 to help drive financial inclusion.
