I lead the Customer Success Team at Token, ensuring that our customers derive the maximum commercial benefit from the investment made in Open Banking payments. We work closely with our clients to help drive the adoption of Open Banking services with their merchants, through sharing best practice and supporting go to market and commercialisation efforts. Prior to Token, I had numerous leadership roles with early stage & scale up FinTech’s, 3 of which have had successful exits.
