The Arts & Science Co-op Program at the University of Toronto Scarborough connects employers with top co-op talent from over 58 undergraduate programs, including Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, and other disciplines. Students bring strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills that can support functions such as risk analysis, data and business analytics, reporting, operations, and client support within banks, fintechs, insurance firms, and investment organizations.​

As a facilitator of early talent hiring, our team helps employers address short-term project and staffing needs with flexible 4, 8, or 12-month work terms, while building a pipeline of future full-time hires. As part of the broader U of T co-op community, partners also gain access to management and engineering students across all three campuses for interdisciplinary hiring needs.
