Open Banking Expo is pleased to announce that CRIF has been confirmed as a launch partner for the Open Banking Expo Awards, which take place on 15 July 2021.

The awards recognise the innovators, disruptors and visionaries from around the world who have forged a path when it comes to adoption of Open Banking.

This year, the award categories include Open Banking for Good, Best Digital Identity Solution, #PowerOfTheNetwork Award and Best Open Finance Innovation.

CRIF specialises in credit bureau services, business information systems, Open Banking and digital solutions.

Sara Costantini, managing director of CRIF, said: “It’s a great pleasure for CRIF to become a key partner of the Open Banking Expo Awards and to be exposed to the hearth of fintech.

“With over 20 years of experience in the UK financial sector, CRIF has massively invested in Open Banking technologies and has been operating in the UK through Credit Passport, a disruptive Open Banking credit scoring platform used by more than 20,000 SMEs.”

She added: “With the recent acquisitions of Inventia and Strands, leading providers of digital onboarding and PBFM solutions, CRIF has further enriched its digital proposition and is committed to continue its journey as a key player in the fintech landscape of the 31 countries where it operates as an AISP.

“For this reason, the Open Banking Expo Awards was simply the perfect place to be.”

There is still time to enter the awards, before the entry deadline of Friday 28 May 2021.

The submissions will be judged by an esteemed panel, including David Beardmore, ecosystem development director at OBIE, HSBC UK’s Open Banking director Hetal Popat, Pay.UK’s director of strategy Kate Frankish and Nilixa Devlukia, regulatory expert at Payments Solved.
