Speaker line-up for first Women in Open Banking meet-up revealed

Open Banking Expo will hold its first Women in Open Banking initiative meet-up, in association with American Express, on 1 March 2023, in London.

The meet-up will gather members for a fireside chat with Sendi Young, managing director UK and Europe at Ripple, moderated by Holly Coventry, VP, international Open Banking payments at American Express, followed by a panel session on leadership skills, and lastly, networking.

Joy Macknight, editor at The Banker, will moderate the panel session, ‘Leadership skills – how to develop your skills to develop your people’.

She will be joined on the panel by Charlotte Duerden, chief customer officer at American Express, Emma Steeley, chief executive officer of Freedom Finance, Wasim Mushtaq, former transformation lead in financial markets at Standard Chartered, Zilch’s chief marketing officer Kirsty Spickett, and Simon Lyons, chief strategy officer at OBConnect.

During the session, the panellists will explore the strategies and tactics for growth and success in leadership roles.
