Whether it be a consumer sending a retail payment, a Corporate sending a Treasury payment or a Financial Institution acting on behalf of itself and its customers, the ability to create valuable solutions that meet customers’ needs has always been fascinating to me.

My journey through Financial Services started over 15 years ago, with an initial focus on delivering market leading global payment solutions to Corporates and Financial Institutions. Since then my career has led me most recently to the U.K. payments market and I am delighted to now be working on new payments solutions within ClearBank as part of my current role as U.K. Payments Product Lead.

Outside of work I am a keen runner both in training for marathons and also in a desperate attempt to keep up with my 2 year old, Olivia. I find my work within payments deeply rewarding but it is also important that it has allowed me to set an example for my daughter and ensure she understands the value of following her passion while also maintaining a balanced perspective on work and life.

Stephanie Leroy is Senior Director, Global Decisioning Software at Experian. She leads the commercialization of Experian’s cloud-based credit decisioning solutions globally, solving client challenges throughout the customer lifecycle from on-boarding to collections. Working with Experian clients worldwide for nearly 15 years, Stephanie has built a tremendous network and nuanced perspective on the credit decisioning ecosystem, technology trends, and operational transformation. Stephanie is based in Experian’s Monaco office, and hails from the South of France where she was born.
