Fintech Galaxy has become the first company in Jordan to successfully achieve multi-bank Open Banking integration and account aggregation, marking a major milestone in the country’s transition towards Open Finance.
Through its FINX Connect platform, Fintech Galaxy has built the infrastructure needed to securely connect multiple financial institutions, aggregate customer financial data with consent, and lay the foundation for payment initiation and a new generation of intelligent, AI-powered data-driven financial services.
Jordan is building one of the region’s emerging Open Finance ecosystems, supported by the Central Bank of Jordan’s Open Finance Services Instructions which established a regulatory framework for secure, consent-based access to financial data and services.
Fintech Galaxy is participating in JoRegBox, the Central Bank of Jordan ’s regulatory sandbox, where it is being tested for consent-based financial data sharing and payment initiation across Jordan’s financial sector. The framework is designed to lay the foundation for greater competition, financial inclusion and a more connected digital financial ecosystem in Jordan.

Mirna Sleiman, founder and chief executive officer of Fintech Galaxy.
Mirna Sleiman , founder and chief executive officer of Fintech Galaxy, said: “This is not simply about connecting banks. It is about building the infrastructure for a fundamentally different financial ecosystem. Imagine customers seeing their entire financial position across multiple banks, forecasting cash flow, identifying a funding gap, accessing financing and making a payment, all from one intelligent experience.
“That is where Open Finance becomes transformative: data becomes intelligence, intelligence drives decisions, and decisions turn into action.”
This milestone represents the launch of Fintech Galaxy’s services in Jordan. Building on multi-bank connectivity, the company plans to expand from data aggregation into payments, intelligent financial management, AI-powered cash-flow forecasting, smarter lending and embedded finance, turning Open Finance infrastructure into services that consumers and businesses can use every day.
“Our vision is to move from Open Banking to Open Finance, and ultimately to intelligent and invisible finance,” Sleiman added.
“Jordan has laid an important regulatory foundation for this transformation. We plan to help turn that foundation into an ecosystem where financial services become connected, intelligent and increasingly embedded into the everyday lives of people and businesses.”
Fintech Galaxy is redesigning the financial ecosystem where data moves securely, money moves seamlessly, and intelligence connects the two, empowering intelligent and invisible finance across Jordan and the wider region.
The milestone further strengthens Fintech Galaxy’s position as a regional Open Finance infrastructure provider. The company is regulated by the Central Bank of Bahrain as an account information service provider and payment initiation service provider, has received In-Principle Approval from the Central Bank of the UAE to operate as an Open Finance provider, and is participating in the Central Bank of Jordan’s JoRegBox regulatory sandbox.
Fintech Galaxy is an Event Supporter of Open Banking Expo UK & Europe 2026, taking place at the Business Design Centre in London on the 13-14 October. Click here to find out more.
