Open Banking Expo Canada names Equifax Canada as headline partner

Consumer data provider Equifax Canada is the headline partner of Open Banking Expo Canada for the fourth consecutive year, which this year takes place on 17 November in Toronto.

More than 300 delegates will hear from over 50 industry leading experts and pioneers from across the breadth of the ecosystem, including Abraham Tachjian, Canada’s recently-appointed Open Banking lead, who is due to deliver a special keynote.

Also speaking at the one-day in-person event at Vantage Ventures are Gillian Riley, president and CEO of Tangerine Bank, Cathy Ly, EQ Bank’s chief innovation officer, Patrick Barr, programme director at the Large Credit Union Coalition, and Flinks’ co-founder and COO Frederick Lavoie.

Delegates will also hear from the UK’s Open Banking Implementation Entity’s ecosystem development director David Beardmore, who will be talking about the Open Banking journey in the UK, to date.
