Personetics, the AI cognitive banking platform, has announced the launch of Banking Console, an AI-powered banker enablement product that continuously analyzes customer behavior, primacy, and financial signals across their entire portfolio. Banking Console layers this intelligence directly onto the CRM banks already use, turning static customer data into proactive, high-value engagement.
Relationship managers (RM) carry large customer portfolios with limited time and zero visibility into which customers need attention today, or why. Most banks lack a unified view of the customer, and customers themselves often say the advice they receive feels untimely or poorly matched to their situation (J.D. Power). As the banking industry approaches the largest generational wealth transfer in its history, banks that fail to prioritize the right customer conversations today risk losing those relationships tomorrow.
This intelligence comes from Personetics’ Shared Financial Context, the continuously updated understanding of each customer’s financial life that already powers the bank’s app and other digital channels.
Banking Console extends into the relationship manager’s own workspace for the first time, giving each RM a daily, ranked list of who to contact, a full picture of that customer’s financial situation, predictive signals for risk and opportunity, and ready-to-use talking points.
The result is less time spent on manual portfolio triage, and more time spent on the conversations that matter.
“Banking Console eliminates the intelligence blind spot in the relationship manager’s workflow,” said Udi Ziv, chief executive officer of Personetics. “The relationship manager is the bank’s most trusted channel, and now it finally has the same intelligence that already powers the rest of the bank. We believe this is where the next era of growth in retail banking will be won, and we intend to lead it.”
Banking Console integrates directly with the CRM systems banks already rely on, including Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics. It also includes a bank configuration page, where banks can set business priorities, from emphasizing growth opportunities to prioritizing customer retention, that directly shape the banker’s engagement planner.
Personetics is a Gold Partner of Open Banking Expo UK & Europe 2026 on 13-14 October at the Business Design Centre in London. Click here to find out more and buy your ticket.
