Craig Wills, managing director of digital product consultancy at Hi Mum! Said Dad, will be moderating a panel at Open Banking Expo UK & Europe at 12.20pm on the Main Stage on Day 2 of the event this year. The panel will be getting stuck into a really interesting key question in the industry currently: if customer engagement is a new consumer battleground, what does it actually take to win?

With AI, data consolidation, and Open Finance maturing fast, financial services providers are under growing pressure to turn Open Data into genuinely useful, personalised experiences (not just compliance-driven access).

Craig brings a practitioner’s view to the discussion. Hi Mum! Said Dad has deep roots shaping customer engagement using Open Banking, having built new money management products like Snoop. This is the financial companion app that combines AI and Open Banking APIs to give users personalised financial advice in their pocket (you may have seen them picking up an Open Banking Expo Award before, four years in a row to be precise).

Alongside Snoop, Hi Mum! has also worked with challenger fintechs through to household names, including NatWest, Standard Chartered and Bupa, helping firms take new technologies from concept to working products/propositions, validated by customers to have real impact in the market.

Attendees are welcome to catch the session and continue the conversation with Craig afterwards.
