Experian’s latest industry insight report, ‘Innovation, smart data and the drive to customer-centricity’ gives a full-spectrum picture of where businesses of all sizes are being challenged – and how they need as large a data universe as possible (based, for example, on the new data enabled by Open Banking).

700 business decision makers from EMEA were surveyed by Forrester for this report. The study yielded the following key results:
